Substance Abuse Covenant is dedicated to providing community resources in order to better assist any child that suffers from substance abuse problems due to enduring the effects of war via his/her wounded, ill, or injured.  Our goal is to assist with rehabilitation costs that are not covered by military insurance carriers and aligning with already existing Veteran friendly treatment programs.
